Great hospitality in the centre of Lisbon. Book it.
Great position, everything you could need in the room, good breakfast, I ate dinner there too a few evenings and that was also good.
The music in the bar/restaurant area was inconsistent. A couple of times entirely suitable for the clientele - low volume and low key. A couple of times it was like a disco, banging out Chris Brown etc at a volume that was too high. Look around the room, how many of your guests would choose this at home over dinner? Of course I could have raised it with the bar team, but nobody wants to be that person, and it's the job of the shift manager to supervise these things.
